ESSENTIAL OILS for Aromapsychology
Aromapsychology is the study of how scents can impact mood and emotional well-being. It involves using essential oils to manage mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and sleep quality.
I’m not a clinical aromatherapists and I do not diagnose or treat physical health concerns with oils.
My use of a Essential oils is rooted in:
Ongoing work as a therapeutic counsellor
CPD training and advanced short courses in aroma psychology
Extensive personal experience working with oils
A true informed lens that prioritises nervous system safety.
Together, this allows me to safely and respectfully invite sent into our work - only when relevant and always with your consent.

meditation and affirmations
Meditation is the habitual process of training your mind to focus and redirect your thoughts.
I design and record personal meditation for my clients based on their intimate personal history, present needs and agreed therapy goals.
Affirmations are based on the idea that the subconscious drives much of our daily behaviour, and actively coaching our subconscious mind is an effective strategy in reshaping the behaviour or habits we want to have.
These are always included in my meditations and work magic with helping you learn a new beautiful language when speaking to yourself.

natural remedies
Natural medicines are those with active ingredients made from plant parts, such as leaves, roots or flowers. Nature is our natural healer.
Whilst I am not trained as a herbalist and do not provide any advice, something as simple as a regular cup of your camomile tea can make a difference to your daily self-care routine.
