Student?

Talk to someone who is not your bestie.

Person standing against a brick wall holding a black backpack and a camera, wearing jeans and grey sneakers.

Sometimes you just need someone to say: “It’s OK’.

I work extensively with students, especially those from top UK universities - who are navigating the intense pressure of academic life, family expectations, romantic relationships and financial stress.

Some are also launching startups or managing part-time jobs alongside their studies.

It’s a lot. And it’s okay if it feels overwhelming.

Now is the time to invest in your inner world.

In therapy, you can:

  • Spot and unpack the “baggage” you might be carrying from your parents or past so it doesn’t get dumped into your relationships or future kids

  • Learn how to actually manage emotions instead of bottling them up or blowing up

  • Get better at bouncing back when life hits you sideways

  • Work out who you really are and what you actually want (not just what’s expected)

  • Learn the meaning of words like narcissism or gaslighting, so you can spot red flags and explain them without sounding like a TikTok reel

  • Get better at communicating — with friends, family, partners and even yourself

  • Feel more in control of your life, more confident, and less like you’re just winging it
